Try THIS Tomorrow!!!!
Work on your most important task when everything's quiet. See what happens!!
Ever wondered why some people seem to get tons done without making a big show of it?
There's something interesting going on here that most of us miss.
Those quiet moments when you think nothing special is happening? That's often when the best work gets done.
I noticed this last week in our office.
While everyone was running around for meetings and brainstorming sessions, one of our team members quietly finished three major projects.
She wasn't working longer hours or using fancy productivity apps. She just had her own way of doing things.
This got me thinking about how different people work best. We often hear that we need to speak up more, join every meeting, and always be "on."
But many great ideas and finished projects come from people who work differently. They take their time, think things through, and focus deeply on one thing at a time.
It's pretty simple, really. Some people work best when they have quiet time to think.
They like to plan their day before jumping in. They prefer to write down their ideas before sharing them.
And guess what? Their work often turns out great.
Here's what's interesting about these quiet workers:
They're not hiding or being shy. They're actually being smart about how they work. They know they think better in a quiet space.
They understand they need time to recharge between meetings. They realize good ideas sometimes need time to grow.
Want to try working this way?
Start small. Maybe spend your first hour of work on something important, before all the noise of the day begins.
Find a quiet spot when you need to focus. Take short breaks between meetings to clear your head.
The cool thing is, you don't have to change who you are.
You just need to work in a way that feels right for you. Some days you might want to join all the action.
Other days you might need quiet time to focus. Both are fine.
What's your best time of day to tackle difficult work?
Catch you in the next one…
