These steps (which I practice at hermessi) to become a workforce optimization champion:

    Capture real-time data on employee productivity, schedules, skills, and more.

    Use automation to streamline repetitive tasks. Analyze the data to pinpoint inefficiencies and make smart decisions to reduce labor costs while increasing output.
